Starting from an initial, no-obligation consultation, I’ll be there for you throughout the build up to what will be a flawless and memorable occasion.

From apportioning your budget and managing schedules to sourcing the perfect suppliers, creating style guides and executing everything for you on the day itself, this service provides all the guidance, expertise and knowledge you’ll need. Working together, you can be sure that every aspect of your wedding will be seamlessly fulfilled according to your requirements. I take care of everything, this package is ideal for a destination wedding, you just have to show up to the wedding and have the most amazing best day of your life.

My full wedding planning service includes :

  • Consultations with you person, telephone/email/skype
  • Assistance in wedding budget determination and breakdown as needed
  • Research of wedding professionals in each category and negotiations of contracts (florist, car, band/ DJ, officiant, Wedding Cake) that fit your event style and budget
  • Discussion of theme, colour, style and complete wedding design advice
  • Advice on guest accommodation
  • Transport from accommodation to venue by executive coach if required
As Wedding Day Coordinator my duties include :

  • Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding
  • Coordination of placement of decorations by the venue
  • Presence on wedding day to ensure seamless running of the day
  • Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party
  • Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors prior to wedding day
  • Wedding Rehearsal Organisation (if required with additional charge)

This can be tailored to your individual requirements from partial organisation of the day, liaison with some vendors of your choice, coordination of the wedding day to theme design and support and Wedding Day Coordination.

Rachel and her wedding designer team offer their unique vision to offer a bespoke decoration package in harmony with your personality and tastes.

The selection and sourcing of materials, the colour scheme, the presentation of new trends are services we offer to make the selection process easier for you. The production of a wedding is like the one of a movie, leave it to the professionals.
Vintage and other theme decoration kits are available for rental, photos available on the blog.
